Important instructions regarding your forthcoming sonography examination with Dr Mitossh Ruparel @ Harmony Clinic.

Arrive atleast half an hour before your scheduled appointment to avoid delay or rescheduling.

In case you are not going to make it for your appointment, kindly inform well in advance
so that the slot can be given to another patient in need of the same.
It is not fair to cancel at the last moment without a genuine reason.

We follow social distancing in the clinic. In case you do not wish to wait in the clinic
waiting area, you can wait outside in your car and inform the reception via phone call that you have arrived.
In either case you have to report half hour prior to the scheduled appointment.

We sanitise the examination bed thoroughly after each examination. If you prefer you
may get the following to be used for yourself, for additional safety:
(a) Clean, single bedsheet (two pcs)     (b) clean hand towel (two pcs).

The patient has to wear a mask at all times while in clinic. A well-fitting, 3 ply, cloth mask offers adequate protection.
Kindly do not wear mask with an expiratory valve. Kindly do not wear face shield or gloves into the clinic.

Only one accompanying person per patient will be permitted into the clinic.
The accompanying person has to wear an appropriate mask at all times.

If you are coming for a scan regarding pregnancy at any stage, you have to get an original prescription from your referring doctor.
The prescription should bear the stamp and registration number of the referring doctor.
This is a mandatory requirement of the Municipal Corporation without which we are not allowed to do pregnancy related scans.

You are requested to make payments by cash or by using digital platforms like GooglePay, Paytm, etc.
We do not encourage credit card payments and do not use a card swiping device.
Incase you have to use your credit card then the reception will send a link to your mobile phone where you enter the details for the transaction.
The charges for such a transaction will get displayed and be levied to your card.

We expect you understand that you are not supposed to visit the clinic in case you are a possible carrier
OR have been in contact with a high risk or infected individuals.

Kindly read the above instructions well and ensure complete compliance.
